Bicycle Rider Remains in Hospital After Crash
A Rochester man remains hospitalized after he was hit by a car while riding his bike Wednesday evening.
According to police, 53-year-old Ernest Bright was trying to make a u-turn on West Main Street when he was hit.
Police describe his injuries as life threatening.
They say the car had the right of way, and the driver will not be charged.
