Pharmacy student accused of selling drugs out of ice cream truck
A pharmacy student from Clarence is facing drug charges for allegedly selling marijuana, hallucinogenic mushrooms, and narcotics.

Abraham Reinhardt, 23, who attends St. John Fisher College in Rochester, was arrested in the parking lot of a Home Depot in Batavia.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, he was trying to sell 80 oxymorphone tablets, marijuana, and mushrooms. Drug enforcement agents also siezed drugs from Reinhard's Rochester home.

Investigators also say that, during the summer months, Reinhardt drove an ice cream truck in Cheektowaga and sold marijuana and hallucinogenic mushrooms from the truck.

He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
