Bills great Andre Reed was at the Buffalo Auto Show signing autographs Thursday evening. The wide receiver was understandably disappointed at not gaining enshrinement into the Pro Football Hall of Fame over the weekend.

Adam Lingner, who played for the Buffalo Bills during its Super Bowl runs in the 90's, was in the Rochester area Tuesday, sharing his personal battle with heart disease. The event was hosted by Ortho Clinical Dianostics.

Lindy Ruff has missed only one game in his 15 season NHL career, to attend to a family issue, but after suffering broken ribs in a collision during practice Monday, he is in danger of missing some time. Don Heins was at the Sabres morning skate, where the team practiced wthout a head coach.
