Bills Sign DL Sean Ferguson
The Buffalo Bills have signed Sean Ferguson, an undrafted rookie free agent.
Ferguson tried out for the Bills in May at Rookie Mini Camp.
Ferguson is listed as 6'3", 248 pounds, and started 27 games at Mississippi State.
The Bills have released DE Lionel Dotson and placed TE Mike Caussin on the PUP list.
