What was looked at as a strength going into the season has been a liability through the first half. The defense, unable to stop the run and unable to pressure the quarterback with a front four that many thought would be the best in the league.

The Bills head into this weekend's game at 6-1 Houston with a defense that ranks seventh from the bottom of the league overall. It begs the question – should the team blitz more?

It's something that was discussed over the bye week, but that doesn't mean the Bills are going to do it.

"You have to balance that out by bringing pressure and then dropping eight sometimes. You have to mix it up a little bit and I think in our evaluation process we looked at that. We will see how we need to change on that," said head coach Chan Gailey.
