Cliff Levingston Named RazorSharks Head Coach
The Rochester RazorSharks officially introduced Cliff Levingston as the team's new coach on Tuesday.

Levingston, a former NBA player, takes over after the departure of former coach Rod Baker, who left for a job in the NBA's developmental league.

The former Wichita State star was the 9th overall pick in 1982. He played 11 seasons in the League, winning two championships with the Chicago Bulls.

Levingston said he wants to continue the legacy of Baker, who led Rochester to four championships and was named Coach of the Year three times.

"I'm trying to come in and fill some big shoes. You know, he's done some great things here and I'm just going to try and do what he has done here and continue the tradition," Levingston said. "I mean he started a great thing and there's no need to reinvent the wheel and just keep plugging in and doing things that need to be done to bring another championship here."

Levingston began his coaching career in 2000.
