Amerks goalie Connor Knapp was re-assigned to the East Coast Hockey League on Friday. The York, Livingston County native started seven games for the Amerks, posting a 1-6 record.

With David Leggio getting the bulk of the playing time, and the recent addition of goalie Nathan Lieuwen to the Amerks roster, this affords Knapp the opportunity to play more, which is what the Sabres surely want.

He'll join the Greenville Road Warriors this weekend.
