Grand Jury Indicts Nazareth Student in Connection With Deadly Crash
A Monroe County grand jury has indicted a Nazareth College student in connection with a crash that killed a fellow student.
The grand jury indicted Danielle Pitcher on charges including vehicular manslaughter, vehicular assault and two counts of DWI.
Nazareth student Gabrielle Acevedo died in January in a crash on French Road in Pittsford. Police said Pitcher lost control on snowy roads and struck another car head-on.
