YNN spoke to witnesses and neighbors at the scene of the FalStaff Road fire.

Neighbor Brigette Decker moved in just last night, but is familiar with the neighborhood.

Decker says she thought she heard glass breaking earlier in the night. She came out shortly before 1 a.m. to see heavy smoke, which soon turned into an aggressive roof fire.

Decker says before the incident the home was dark. She and other neighbors believed the woman had moved out and that the home was vacant.

Decker said, "I know there was a family there before and recently heard they moved. No one knew anyone was going to be in there. Graphic scene, so close to home. Very nerve wracking. Asked to move away, and we all did so respectfully."

YNN will continue to be on scene throughout the day with the latest.
