Police Investigate Shooting Incidents
Police say a teenager shot on Rochester's northeast side Wednesday night suffered serious injuries. It happened shortly after 9 p.m. on North Clinton Avenue.
According to the Rochester Police Department, 19-year old Daquan Florence was shot in the lower torso. He was taken to Strong Hospital where he is in guarded condition.
Police say Florence may have been involved in a fight prior to the shooting.
About an hour later, police say 30-year-old Joe Duddley of Rochester was shot while walking on Laser Street. He's also in guarded condition at Strong.
No arrests have been made in either shooting.
