Deputies say 64-year-old Charlene Ruliffson of Geneseo pulled out in front of a pickup truck hauling a horse trailer.

Investigators say it appears she was stopped on the east side of the road moments before pulling into the lane.

Ruliffson was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck was not hurt.

Deputies say he had the right of way and could not have avoided the collision.
