We now know the name of the RIT student who was pinned in his car after crashing into a tractor trailer in Chili early Saturday morning, spilling fuel all over the road.

Monroe County Sheriff's deputies say 24-year old Igor Djenge was driving eratically on Scottsville Road around 3:20 a.m.

A tractor trailer heading in the opposite direction tried to swerve out of the way but ended up hitting Djenge's car.

He was taken to Strong Hospital with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries.

The truck driver wasn't hurt, but Hazmat crews were called in to clean up the truck's fuel.

Deputies are trying to figure out if alcohol played a role in the crash.
