Nearly 600 people walked and ran to raise money for the Y’s Invest in Youth Campaign. People had the choice to do a one mile family run or a five mile race.

Following the race, there was an awards ceremony and a pre-Thanksgiving meal.

Jim Bathgate, race director, said, "One hundred percent of the proceeds go directly back into the community to help people in need to join in and have fun with some of our programs and camps for kids and families."

Organizers hope to raise about $30,000.
