Geneseo Police Hold Car Seat Safety Check
The Geneseo Police Department is holding a Child Safety Seat Check on Monday.
Parents will be taught how to properly install the seats and learn things such as the importance of keeping your child in a rear facing seat until they're two years old.
Safety experts say that 90 percent of kids car seats are not installed properly.
The check goes from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Geneseo Fire Hall. No appointment necessary.
