Police received a call around 9 a.m. Monday from a salesman that reported a body under a trailer at Red Wing Plaza on North Clinton Avenue.

Investigators say they are still trying to determine what happened to the man and say they're not ruling anything out.

"These trailers have been here for quite some time. We're still trying to determine how this individual got here," said Sgt. Justin Collins of the Rochester Police Department.

Rey Casillas is the salesman who discovered the body. Casillas says he first came across the man last week, and said the victim is homeless and he would periodically check on the man.

"I have no idea what happened. I just saw him laying with is face down, called 911. I don't know if he was dead because he was too cold or if something happened to him. Somebody hit him, or a car. I don't know, I have no idea at this point."
