Sheriff's Deputies tell us that 25-year old Kevin Martinez is being charged with unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child and harassment for refusing to take his daughter and her mother back to their home in Clyde. Instead, he drove for more than an hour in the town of Phelps.

He is also accused of punching the mother and attempting to pull her out of the vehicle.

Martinez is being held at the Ontario County Jail and will re-appear in court at a later date.
