The Rochester Downtown Development Corporation says it's a time to look ahead to 2013, which is expected to be another tough year for many cities and counties.

The economy is still a factor as is New York State's struggle for economic recovery while at the same time recovering from Sandy downstate.

Luncheon organizers say Brooks and Richards will highlight their economic development priorities for next year.
