Accused Foot Toucher Ruled Fit to Stand Trial
A judge ruled that a man facing charges for touching the feet of two young girls at the Penfield Library is fit to stand trial.
Anthony Perri has been indicted on three counts of sexual abuse and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
The library incident happened back in July.
Prosecutors tell us Perri will be represented by a public defender.
He's due back in court February 7th.
