Geneva police say 44-year-old Michael Foulkrod had attacked and choked a woman about ten o'clock Saturday morning in the area of South Main Street and Pulteney Park.

Investigators say Foulkrod was driving away when he hit and killed a 77-year-old man who was walking down the sidewalk on Elm Street.

Foulkrod was later found and arrested on Hecker Road in Seneca County.

He's being held pending his arraignment.
