Man Rejects Plea in Sex Abuse Case
According to the Ontario County District Attorney's Office, a Canandaigua man accused of sexually abusing teenage boys rejected a plea deal on Friday.
Leslie Hoke, 37, appeared in court Friday. State Police said Hoke allegedly abused boys while volunteering as a youth sports coach.
They said he is accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old in 2003 and suspect Hoke abused more than a dozen other victims in different towns over the last decade.
Prosecutors said they are building the case and will present it to a grand jury.
