Mother of Child Killed in SUV Crash On School Field Suing School District, City
The mother of a seven-year-old killed in a crash outside a school is suing the Rochester City School District and the City of Rochester for negligence.
In the lawsuit, Layla Frasier says the district created a dangerous condition that led to her son death.
Sahmir Williams died May 9th of last year. He was hit by a car while playing on a baseball field with other kids.
he lawsuit blames the district and city for not properly blocking off the area.
The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages.
James Bradley, the driver of the SUV that hit Sahmir, is charged with manslaughter and assault.
