Third Man Charged With Murder and Robbery in August Homicide
Police in Rochester have made a third arrest in connection with the shooting death of another man.
Terrell Cooper, 21, is charged with second degree murder and first degree robbery.
He's the third suspect to be charged in connection to the death of 27-year-old Joshua Groat on Whitney Street. James Hillyard, 25, and Miles Mitchell, 23, were previously charged in the case.
All three men are accused of beating Groat before shooting him.
Hillyard and Mitchell pleaded not guilty. Cooper is awaiting arraignment.
