An Ontario County Sheriff's Deputy suffered minor injuries after a crash in Hopewell Sunday night.
Deputies said the crash happened on County Road 4 and Freshour Road just before 10: 30.
Deputies said Shane Dizmang failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and hit Deputy Bart Castle's patrol car.
Deputy Castle was treated and released at the hospital. Dizmang and a passenger were treated on scene and released.
