Trial of Teen Accused of Setting Deadly Fire Delayed
The trial of a Webster teen accused of setting fire to his house and murdering his father and two siblings has been delayed.

Sixteen-year-old Michael Pilato was scheduled for a jury trial next week, but District Attorney Sandra Doorley confirmed to YNN Monday night that the trial has been delayed until April 15th.

Pilato is charged with arson, murder, and attempted murder for a deadly fire at his adoptive parents' home in December 2011. His father, Carmen Pilato, and two brothers, Joshua and Peter, died in the fire. Two more family members were seriously injured.

Doorley says she received the motion to adjourn from Pilato's defense lawyer on Monday. She does not plan to oppose.
