Police said after receiving a tip, staff members at the facility alerted police that Lisah Jacobs, 29, may be under dosing residents and keeping the drugs for herself.

Upon investigation, Livingston County Sheriff's deputies charged the Springwater resident with petit larceny and criminal possession of a controlled substance after.

Jacobs worked as a licensed practical nurse.
