Officials say the Skydancer Smoke Shop on Bayard Street in Seneca Falls was selling cigarettes without New York State tax stamps on them.

Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms investigators say they seized about 800 cases of contraband cigarettes and hauled them away in a tractor trailer. Officials say the shop can open again, but they cannot sell the untaxed cigarettes as it is against federal law.

No arrests have been made yet and the investigation is continuing.
