Rochester Man Charged With Rape in Yates County
A Rochester man is under arrest for rape in Yates County.
Warren Elliott, 25, is charged with three counts of rape and two counts of criminal sexual act.
Sheriff's deputies say Elliott had sexual conduct with a person under the age of 15 from the town of Jerusalem more than once.
Elliott was arraigned and is in the Yates County Jail on $15,000 cash bail.
