Eastman Kodak wants more time to put together a plan to emerge from bankruptcy.
According to the SEC filing, Kodak is in discussions with lenders to change the deadline for filing a plan from February to April.
Kodak is currently required to file a Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan with the US Bankruptcy Court by February 15th, but wants to extend the deadline to April 30th.
When Kodak first filed for bankruptcy a year ago, it was supposed to file a reorganization plan by May 18th.
There have been various extensions since.
Kodak says the company is still planning to emerge from bankruptcy sometime mid-year.
