Man Found Guilty in 2006 Home Invasion and Rape
A Rochester man has been found guilty of charges connected to a 2006 home invasion and rape.
A jury found 35-year-old Ronell McFadden guilty of first degree rape and criminal sex act.
The District Attorney's Office said McFadden forced his way into a home on Ambrose Street back in May of 2006, where he threatened the victim and a baby with a knife before raping the woman. He was identified when he had to submit a DNA sample for a different arrest.
He faces up to 25 years in prison for each charged when he is sentenced in March.
