Four Arrested for Underage Drinking Party at Business
Four employees of an Ontario County pizzeria are facing charges after allegedly hosting a
drinking party at the shop.
This happened at the Mark's Pizzeria in Richmond. Two of the four employees are under the drinking age.
Sean McCollister, 23, of Hemlock, Kyle Luther, 23, of Honeoye, Elliott Stephany, 19, of Hemlock and Daniel Wicker, 18, of Honeoye Falls are charged with Unlawfully Dealing with a
Child under the county's social host law.
They will appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date.
