More than 100 people participated in the high intensity indoor triathlon. The race included a 15 minute swim, 15 minute stationary bike ride and a 15 minute indoor track run.

The goal of each leg of the race was to cover the greatest distance in 15 minutes. Organizers said it's a great opportunity for people of all fitness levels.

Stephen MacAller, YMCA Executive Director, said, "It's funny, we get triathletes who come in here because obviously there is really no outdoor triathlon that's going on right now, but also it's a great opportunity for someone just starting out, maybe setting an initial goal."

The proceeds from the event go to cover the Y's Invest in Youth Campaign.
