Gary Pignato, 52, is serving a two to six year prison sentence for using his position to coerce a woman into having sex with him. He has been in prison since September of 2009.

Despite being denied parole, the Department of Corrections said Pignato may still get out of prison in June. The Department of Corrections said if a committee at Gowanda Correctional
Facility determines he earned the two year good time credit, he will be released June 5th.

The Department of Corrections said the committee will make its decision in March.
