Wayne County GOP Chair Charged With Felony DWI
The Chairman of the Wayne County Republican Committee is facing felony DWI charges.
Lyons police arrested Daniel Olsen, 61, for driving while intoxicated Friday night. Due to his prior DWI arrest, police say he is being charged with a felony.
Olsen was arraigned in Arcadia Town Justice Court on Friday and was released on his recognizance.
He will be back in the Village of Lyons Court on Wednesday.
