New Murder Charges in Deadly January 2012 Shooting
A Rochester man has been charged with murder in a shooting death back in January 2012.
A grand jury has indicted 20-year-old Michael Williams on second degree murder and assault in connection with the shooting death of 19-year-old Alexander Marquez on Bauer Street.
Police said Marquez died after he and another man were shot during an apparent robbery attempt.
Treyquan Davis, 16, of Rochester also faces murder and assault charges in this case.
