It completely covered roads overnight and at times looked like it was falling sideways. Drivers had a difficult time on the pavement because of the slippery conditions. Some cars went off the roads.

The National Weather Service has issued a Lake Effect Snow Advisory until 1 a.m. on Monday for Wayne County. Areas with the most persistent bands of lake effect snow could see anywhere between three to six inches of snow.
