Man Indicted in Batavia Burglaries
A Genesee County man was indicted for a New Year's Day burglary in the city of Batavia.
A grand jury found enough evidence to charge Francis Smith with burglary and criminal mischief for a January 1st burglary on Washington Avenue.
Police arrested Smith in the home.
Police say Smith may be connected to other recent burglaries in Batavia.
