Firefighter Injured While Battling House Fire
Fire damaged a Rochester home early this morning. It happened at a single-family house on Dodge Street around 3:30 a.m.
The Rochester Fire Department says the fire started on the second floor of 224 Dodge Street which is located off Jay Street in the city. No one was at home at the time of the fire.
One firefighter suffered a minor injury while extinguishing the blaze. The fire was put out in about 30 minutes.
The cause of the fire is under investigation
