Sheriffs deputies have identified the victim in the Thursday morning's fatal crash in Parma.Doris Avel, 81, of Hilton died when her vehicle was struck from behind on Route 104 and Hinkleyville Road around 9:30 a.m. Thursday.
The crash forced Avel's car into the path of a pickup truck.
Lauren Parker, 19, was issued two tickets for following too closely and failure to move from a lane safely.
